Q: When should I hire a doula?

A: Book your doula early, ideally at the start of the second trimester or even sooner!  Some people begin working with us for pre-conception and fertility doula support. The earlier you begin looking, the more time you will have to build a trusting relationship with your doula for an empowered pregnancy, birth, and postpartum experience!

Q: How often do I see my doula throughout the pregnancy?

A: It depends on which package you select. Q: How much does it cost? And do you take insurance?

A: We have several options to fit most budgets! We are also happy to do custom payment schedules. Most clients pay out-of-pocket or are able to receive reimbursement from HSA or FSA. We are not in-network with any insurance companies, and we do not accept Medicaid.
